What kind of placement do you attend and why have you decided to do it? What do you want to achieve through your placement?

I am working as a chef in a small restaurant. We are serving brunch and lunch.

I want to improve my English and I am interested and curious about learning new styles of cooking.

Have you served any apprenticeship? If not, what kind of profession would you like to do in the future? What are your dreams and passions, your hobbies?

I am a chef. I had been in a apprenticeship for three years.
In my “wild dreams” I have a small Cafe with a small and creative menu.


What are your impressions about your first week in London? What do you think about your workplace? Have you discovered anything impressive, interesting or fantastical you would like to share with us (sights, people, places, work experiences)?

I like to work here. My colleagues are very nice and kind. If you want an english traditional breakfast stay here for a while and relax.

I cannot believe it...I am in London now! A little disappointment: I have to work on the weekends. No big Parties on this time.
The nightlife of London will happen without me.
But I do not care. I can spend my time during the week visiting all Galleries and Museums without the crowd of people. Relaxing; no stress.
I have been in Madame Tussauds and I saw Samuel Jackson. He looked so real. With a little bit of fantasy - It is scary.
We went to Convent Garden too. We were watching the musicians and artists and there are so many other things you can watch.
I will go to the Tate Gallery next week and I have not been in Camden Town yet. Perhaps tomorrow.
